Split system cleaning is $95 per unit (Standard) or $165 (Essential), dropping to $89 or $149 per unit when we clean 2 or more at one address. The outdoor condenser is $30 extra per unit.
Should I choose Standard or Essential?
Standard suits units that are cleaned every 6 to 12 months. Go for Essential if the unit smells musty, has visible mould or black spots, or you don’t know when it was last cleaned.
Can cleaning fix a leaking or faulty aircon?
Sometimes a blocked drain causes a leak and a clean helps, but cleaning isn’t a repair. Tell us about leaks, error codes or cooling problems before booking and we’ll give you an honest answer. We don’t do electrical, refrigerant or repair work.
Do you do aircon mould removal in Brisbane?
Yes. Every split system clean includes a hydrowash of the coil, fan barrel and airways plus an antifungal mould treatment. If you can see black spots or the unit smells musty, choose Essential so the covers come off and the drain is flushed as well.
How often should an AC be cleaned in Brisbane?
Most Brisbane homes book a clean every 6 to 12 months. Our humid summers and long cooling season mean units that run most of the year, homes with pets or allergy sufferers, and units with a musty smell may need it more often. Spring, before the summer heat, is a good time.
